WHAT IS THE DELIVERY METHOD?
There are two delivery options available to you. You can not change the delivery option after guests have started purchasing from your list.
- Standard Delivery does allows you to add but not remove gifts that have been purchased. Delivery is usually 4-6 weeks after you close your list. As we allocate your gifts as they are purchased by guests, you are less likely to have gift discontinuations. If you sign up online, you will automatically be selected with Standard Delivery.
- Flexible Delivery is available if you wish to remove gifts that have been purchased, such as if you receive double ups. Delivery is 6-8 weeks after you close your list. To enable this flexibility, we allocate your gifts when you close your list & it is likely you will have gift discontinuations.

- Images must be either a JPEG or GIF to a max file size of 1Mb
- The larger the file does not mean the better it will look online. If you are able to crop the image resize to a square image 160 x 160px (that is the maximum it will display on the page)

MINIMUM PURCHASE
TA requirement of Coco Republic is that a minimum of $500 of vouchers must be purchased when closing your list.

CONTRIBUTION REGISTRY TERMS
These terms only apply if you are setting up a cash Contribution Registry, it does not apply if you only have gifts on your registry.
Setting Up Contribution Registry
- It is free to set up your Contribution Registry.
- There is a $99 administration charge if you have less than $1999 purchased off your Gift Registry. This is deducted when we transfer the guest funds to your account.
- If you have more than $1999 of gifts purchased, there is no charge for the bride and groom.
- The Contribution Registry is available for you to items that you would not normally be able to add in a traditional registry. These include honeymoon experiences, your home renovation / mortgage, or charitable donations.
- Wedding List Co does not allow you to add tangible gifts that are available from a traditional gift registry. These include specific or generic gift descriptions (eg, Cutlery Set or White Goods) of items. Any items added will be removed without notice.
- After your wedding you are required to login and close your list
- If you Update Details section, please provide your Australian bank details.
- Bank account details must be confirmed and an email sent to action the transfer of funds. Within 14 working days from receipt of email instructing to transfer, Wedding List Co will transfer your guest contributions less the handling charge to your nominated Australian bank account

- Guests purchases of gift vouchers or individual gifts can not be swapped for Contribution Registry Vouchers

- If guests do not purchase any contribution vouchers, you will not receive a reimbursement.
PRICE PROMISE - WE MATCH PRICES
Wedding List Co is committed to offering a service that is about style and good value.
- Price Promise: If any Australian retailer with a store, offers a cheaper price, we will aim to match it. Simply email us a recent printout / catalogue of an in stock item (current within the last 7 days) and if we can’t match the price we will ensure we offer you the best available price. The Price Promise does not apply to shares of gifts and 'cash back' offers. If you complete an order online and contact to price match after, you will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee and it must occur within 30 days of the initial order.
- Gift Registry Setup: There is no charge for setting up a gift registry which includes your personalised consultation, your dedicated account manager and our great service!
- Service & Delivery: There is a delivery charge per order for guests $9.95 for metro Sydney, Melb and Brisbane (except during free delivery offer period) (includes $4.95 service fee); $12.95 elsewhere.David Jones charge $15.00 and Myer $12.95.
- Promotional Delivery Offer: Occasionally we will offer a promotion on the month of sign up . Syd, Melb & Bne will be charged a $4.95 service fee, with no delivery fee. All other delivery locations will be charged a service & delivery fee of $12.95. This offer can not be applied retrospectively.

Registry List Closure: We will aim to match prices on gifts on additional payments made by couples (payments do not include the use of gift vouchers). We will not provide a credit or refund price matching on gifts that have been purchased by guests. To claim your price match you must be purchasing a complete gift(s) when closing your list and paying for it via your credit card. As you receive a completion discount of up to 25%, this will be calculated into the credit. The completion discount is applied to any additional purchases you make.
The Price Promise Policy can not be used in conjunction with any bride discounts or family discounts that are separately offered by Wedding List Co.

WLC takes no responsibility if Terms & Conditions have not been read at time of set up, whether instore or online.
GIFT DISCONTINUATIONS Homewares like fashion, is becoming more season orientated and our suppliers are regularly changing their ranges. You may find that gifts that you chose in your consultation or online may no longer be available before you close your list. This is no different to the major department stores, where changes to stock from discontinuations regularly occur. In this instance, you will be advised in your ‘Couple Login’ where replacements or alternatives will be offered or credit towards other gifts can be opted. Discontinued gifts can not be redeemed as a cash refund.
MANAGING YOUR LIST You can manage your registry at any time through your personal login. Functionality includes adding/removing gifts that are listed on our website, viewing guest order details and messages, and receiving email alerts when gifts are bought, and the ability to remove Gift Vouchers which automatically appear at the bottom should you choose.
YOU MUST CLOSE YOUR LIST AFTER YOUR WEDDING In order to receive your gifts you must close your list after your wedding. It is at your discretion when you choose to close however for Flexible delivery we recommend not leaving it longer than 8 weeks after the wedding as items may become unavailable. Gifts/vouchers cannot be exchanged for items as deemed by Wedding List Co, including but not limited to vouchers, Contribution Registry, or appliances/electronics/BBQs valued at over $400. With both Standard and Flexible Delivery options, you can add to complete sets at the time of closing. You must spend any credit and vouchers before you are able to close your registry. Alternatively you may opt for a Lovelustwant.com.au voucher with a 6 month validity. A completion discount of up to 25% will be applied to any additional gifts you choose to purchase yourselves when closing your list. This is over and above any spend by your guests. Any lists not closed within 24 months of the occasion date, shall not be available for redemption.
DELIVERY There are two delivery options: Standard Delivery option does allows you to add but not remove gifts that have been purchased; Flexible Delivery is available if you wish to remove gifts that have been purchased (there is no limit on the changes). If you sign up online you will automatically be selected with Standard Delivery. Please contact Wedding List Co if you would like the Flexible Delivery option. Standard delivery normally takes 4-5 weeks, Flexible delivery is 7-8 weeks after you close your list and if required, a second delivery of any undelivered gifts will occur up to 4 weeks later (please allow an extra week for WA, NT and TAS). However, on the odd occasion due to supply issues outside our control, some items may take longer. Gifts are couriered for arrival on a weekday. Second deliveries may be posted depending on the number of gifts. Where less than $1500 of gifts (excluding vouchers) have been purchased, your gifts will be posted. Large items that are more than 1 man can carry (furniture, BBQs etc) will be delivered directly to you from the supplier Mon-Fri during business hours and may have additional charges (you will be notified before the time of delivery).
Items that have been delivered may not be exchanged or returned unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied by Wedding List Co. Written notification of any damaged, incorrect or missing items must be provided within 5 days of delivery/collection. If redelivery is required when you are not available at the agreed time will be $50. Any credit remaining on your list after delivery must be spent within 6 months.
SERVICE CHARGES There is no charge to the bridal couple for delivery to most Australian states. NT, TAS and SA/QLD/WA deliveries, couples will have an extra per carton charge. Refer to 'Delivery of your gifts' within your Couple Login for more details. Notwithstanding any special/free delivery offer which may be applicable, fragile, oversized or over weight gift deliveries including but not limited to white goods/appliances/TVs/BBQs/gas heaters /bicycles /luggage /furniture /carpets /mirrors /outdoor equipment may be delivered separately (sometimes directly from the supplier), unwrapped and without gift cards/tags, during business hours Monday to Friday. These gifts will incur a delivery fee which is payable by the registrant/s before the dispatch of their gifts. Please note any WLC credit held by the registrant/s cannot be used to offset/pay any such additional delivery charges. There is a service charge per order for guests: $4.95 for metro Sydney, Melb, Brisbane, $12.95 elsewhere. (David Jones charge $15 and Myer $12.95). Guests can opt and pay for your gifts to be wrapped when ordering online.
If delivery address is changed to a more or less expensive location after guest purchases have commenced, the bridal couple will receive the difference in credit, or need to pay the additional required.
If incorrect address details are provided or not updated, the couple will be charged for a second delivery. The Contribution Registry has nominal fees on closing your registry and guest purchases ($9.95), see more on the Contribution Registry page.
PRICES In line with the major Australian department stores, all gifts are at the recommended retail price (RRP). Wedding List Co offers a Price Promise Policy (see website) for all guests. We also offer 4 x 20% discount cards for immediate family who spend $300 or more on cutlery, dinnerware or glassware. Family discounts must be processed by WLC at the time of the order, otherwise a $15 retrospective fee will apply. The 20% family discount is not additonal to an item already on special and can not be used in conjunction with the Price Promise Policy. Up to the date of delivery, the price of special items such as cars and boats are subject to change. Any change in the price will need to be settled prior to delivery.
GIFTS For the purposes of promotions and the Price Promise, the word gift or gifts does not apply to Contribution Registry and all third party vouchers.
GIFT STORAGE Couples who require Wedding List Co to store gifts after delivery is ready will be charged $100 per month.
THIRD PARTY VOUCHERS Once issued by Wedding List Co, vouchers to purchase goods or services with a third party will not be guaranteed by Wedding List Co. In the event the third party is unable to supply the goods or service for whatever reason, Wedding List Co will not be held liable. Wedding List Co makes no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any service to be provided. All vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions of each third party.
CONTRIBUTION REGISTRY Contribution Registry Terms Of Use
WARRANTIES Warranty, service and support of products are provided directly to you by the manufacturer and supplier of the product. Subject to any rights which may not be excluded or limited, The Wedding List Company makes no representations or warranties regarding any products.
CANCELLATION In the event of a cancelled gift registry, the bride and groom must provide written confirmation to place the list on hold. Wedding List Co at its discretion may deliver the gifts or refund the money to guests when authorised by both members of the couple. In the latter case, the bridal couple will be subject to a 10% administrative charge on the value of the items purchased off the wedding list at the time of cancellation. Items already ordered off a Standard Delivery registry and certain special order items, will not be refunded and will be delivered to either the bride or groom. There is no refund for any setup costs of a Contribution Registries.
ACCEPTANCE The Wedding List Company Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline to manage any list. In no event will The Wedding List Company be liable to you in excess of any amount payable by you for any goods purchased on this website. DELIVERY OF YOUR GIFTS
Please take 2 minutes to read some important information about delivery of your gifts, and potential discontinuations. Or if you prefer call Customer Service on 02 96981777 for a personal over the phone explanation.
Delivery
There are two delivery options available to you.
- Standard Delivery allows you to add but not remove gifts that have been purchased. As we order your gifts as they are purchased by guests, you are less likely to have gift discontinuations. However you are unable to make any changes to what is purchased, even if you receive double-ups from elsewhere or incomplete sets. If you sign up online, you will automatically be selected with Standard Delivery. The benefit of this option is only that delivery is faster at usually 4 weeks after the wedding.

Flexible Delivery is available if you wish to swap gifts around that have been purchased after the wedding, such as double ups from guests who bought elsewhere or to complete incomplete sets of dinnerware etc. The down side of this option is there is more potential for discontinuations as the gifts have not been ordered and delivery is 6-8 weeks after you close. However most couples recognise that the ability to make changes far out weighs the slightly longer delivery time.
You can not change the delivery option after guests have started purchasing from your list. We find most couples opt for Flexible as the benefit of being able to make changes after the wedding before we deliver the gifts far out weighs the 2 week faster delivery of Standard. If required, a second delivery will occur about 4 weeks later (please allow an extra week for WA, NT and TAS). On the odd occasion due to supply issues outside our control, some items may take longer.
Discontinuations can occur from brands as they update and change their ranges. If a gift is not yet purchased by a guest and we are advised it is no longer available, it will simply come off your guests view. If it has been purchased, you will be able to use the money in credit towards an equivalent or different gift when you close after the wedding. Whether you are Standard or Flexible you must close the list after the wedding to prompt us to deliver or start ordering the gifts.
Charges There is no charge to the bridal couple for delivery to most Australian states.
A nominal handling and delivery fee per order is paid by guests;
- Inner Sydney, Melbourne - $4.95 (Myer charges $12.95 & David Jones $15.00)
- Inner Brisbane - $4.95
- Rest of Australia - $9.95 (an additional per carton charge will apply to NT, TAS and regional areas of SA, QLD and WA)
Gifts are couriered or posted for arrival on a weekday. Where less than $1,500 of gifts have been purchased, delivery will be via Australia Post during a weekday. Large items (plasmas, BBQs etc) will be delivered directly to you from the supplier Mon-Fri during business hours and may incur additional charges (you will be notified at the time of delivery). We cover breakages for all deliveries inside Australia, you must notify within 14 days from delivery.
Should you wish to have delivery on a Saturday, this will be at an extra cost.
Metro Sydney and Melbourne Deliveries
This is 15km from the city CBD, however please ask our consultant if you are in the border areas for confirmation of your delivery area.
Second deliveries or where goods are delivered to an incorrectly supplied address will incur a $50 delivery charge. Alternatively, gifts can be collected from a Wedding List Co warehouse.
Deliveries to the Rest of Australia Due to delivery costs, couples in Tasmania, Northern Territory, South Australia / Queensland and WA regional will have an additional charge per carton (50x50x40cm) as set out below. Large items over the standard carton will have an additional charge.

Overseas Deliveries Wedding List Co can pack your gifts for delivery overseas, we have recommended shipping companies for you to organise shipping and we recommend you take insurance to the value of the goods. Alternatively, you are able to arrange delivery with your shipping company or directly with one of our preferred suppliers. The cost of any returns or re-supply of gifts to/from an overseas address (for any reason) will be your responsibility. It is your responsibility to complete the customs paperwork for Australia and the destination country.

EXTRA DELIVERY
The big stuff needs the big guys to ensure that your gifts are delivered in ship shape. This larger gift will incur extra charges and varies depending on where your gifts will be delivered. As most of the large items are not delivered by Wedding List Co, large items will be delivered Monday-Friday during working hours. Therefore you may need to be at home all day to accept delivery.

AVERAGE DISCOUNT
We apply a discount for any additional payments you make to Wedding List Co. This is an average discount of all the gifts added, which is applied to any balance you may have to pay. The discount varies depending on the brand that you have added.
Your Average Discount is calculated by mutliplying the discount for each product by the Total. This amount is added up for each item you have added and is then divided by the Total Additions.
Your Discount is calculated by mutliplying your Average Discount with the Sub Total.
SERVICE FEE
Wedding List Co passes on 100% of the contribution you have made to the couple.
The service fee covers the credit card fees from the banks. the ongoing operation of our website and a team to provide this service.
